EMDR Therapy is very effective in helping people jump past “stuck” places in life, and Intensive Sessions help you take action…a new career path, decisions about relationships, shift compulsive eating patterns…just a few examples.

EMDR Intensives allow you to go deep and work through trauma in a safe, contained setting, rather than chipping away at it over the course of weeks or months. Intensives can be a half-day up to 3 full days or a 2-hour mini-intensive.

Love your current therapist? Or not ready for an Intensive Session? Shorter sessions (usually 2 hours) over a longer period of time can be a great addition to your regular therapy and help you get past barriers.

EMDR Intensives are a faster form of trauma treatment than traditional, weekly sessions. EMDR Intensives have longer session lengths, so there’s less starting and stopping. The goal is to work through whatever issue we’re focusing on, and get through it rather than ripping the Band-Aid off over and over. Trauma Resolution Intensives have the same goals and focus, but also include Brainspotting and Trauma Releasing Exercises. Let’s talk about what kind of treatment is best for you!
